Crossroads Church of Denver has partnered with Behind the Walls Ministry to share the Good News of the Gospel with the “least of these”.  Last year Crossroads took a team into Territorial Correctional Facility in Canon City where 30 inmates committed their lives to the Lord.  This summer (June 21-22, 2024), we are planning to take another team into  the Sterling Correctional Facility in Sterling, Colorado.   If you have never done prison ministry and don't feel qualified to share the Good News, you are not alone;  many of us have felt the same way.  Behind the Walls Ministry will train you before going into the facility.  All you need is a heart to share the Good News with those who are incarcerated.

Outreach Contact:   Pastor Adam Gomez
Adam grew up in the Chaffee Park neighborhood of North Denver.  His teenage years were filled with fist fights, house parties, and heavy alcohol and drug use.  In 1994, he was involved in an alcohol-related car accident that nearly cost his life.  In November of 1995, God dramatically changed his life forever.  Adam now serves as the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Church of Denver and has a heart for the lost and hurting.
